Típica finca ibicenca con torre de arquitectura defensiva rural del siglo XVII o anterior, con arquitectura de paredes blancas y gruesas que mantienen un ambiente naturalmente fresco y amplio gracias a la piedra y a sus techos altos de madera de sabina ibicenca.
En la parte baja de la casa hay un amplio salón comedor equipado con TV con Satélite, equipo de música y acceso directo a la zona de terraza, piscina y barbacoa. Desde el salón se accede a dos dormitorios, los dos con dos camas individuales (90x200cm). También se accede directamente a una amplia cocina totalmente equipada que incluye lavavajillas y lavadora. En esta planta hay dos baños, uno con bañera y otro con ducha.
En la planta alta hay dos dormitorios más, uno con dos camas individuales (90x200cm) y otro cama doble (200x200cm). Las camas individuales se pueden juntar para hacer camas dobles. En la parte superior de la casa, hay otra amplia terraza con sofás tipo chill-out y vistas al campo incluyendo salida y puesta de sol.
3 dormitorios cuentan con ventiladores de techo y el otro con ventilador de pared.
En el exterior encontramos la zona de la piscina con terraza, ducha exterior y tumbonas. La zona de jardín tiene dos niveles, hay un chill-out, comedor, zona de barbacoa y fregadero.
Aparcamiento para dos coches.
Dispone de cuna y trona.
El precio incluye:
• Un cambio de toallas entre semana.
• Limpieza completa cada 7 noches, con cambio de sábanas y toallas.

Quizás se pueda poner mosquiteras en las ventanas De las habitaciones y cocina, para evitar entrada de insectos y otros animalitos del entorno.

Le jardin, piscine, bbq zone de repos est magnifique. Heureusement qu'il y a un poêle pour faire du feu lors des journées froides/pluvieuses. Pool towels are changed weekly. If by any chance you dont find the pool area clean enough , you just had to tell us and it would have been cleaned.
