Unos días antes de su llegada, deben ponerse en contacto con la agencia de recepción para comunicar su horario de llegada (nº vuelo / barco en su caso) y organizar la recogida de llaves.

En temporada baja la hora de entrada y de salida son flexibles. Contactar con la agencia para concretar las horas.

Tasa turística no incluida en el precio.

Devolución de fianza: en la tarjeta de crédito tras 24h/48h de la salida.

Llegada fuera de horario: Organizar llegada con agencia en destino. Se ha de abonar la totalidad de la reserva por adelantado.

Great location , in peaceful countryside, with views of both the sea and the hills in the north. Easy access to lovely San Carlos for lazy evening meals and some great beaches within five mins drive. The villa is traditional and well appointed with a large open plan kitchen and plenty of wonderful garden space.

* Sehr großes Gelände mit zahlreichen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, so dass man sich auch aus dem Weg gehen kann. * Entgegen früherer Bewertungen, sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, so dass auch für Selbstversorger kein Wunsch übrigbleibt. * Durch die zwei Kühlschränke kann man sich gut bevorraten. * Toller Meerblick - im Oktober mit Sonnenaufgang - Strand 30 Minuten zu Fuß (Aguas Blancas). * Top Lage zu den tollen und nicht so überfüllten Stränden im Nordosten bzw. Osten von Ibiza (Portinatx, Cala San Vivente, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova). * Toni BBQ in 5 Minuten Fußweg für ein Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen * Mietwagen zwingend erforderlich. * Top-Service mit fantastischer Reaktionszeit.

* Durch den Starkregen könnte die nun etwas löchrige Auffahrt am Tor etwas ausgebessert werden.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Finca auf Ibiza zu genießen und kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft und das Meer. Die Finca selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und makellos sauber. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenso beeindruckend. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden ein. Es gibt auch mehrere gemütliche Terrassen, auf denen man die warmen Abende bei einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Essen im Freien genießen kann. Der Service war außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie haben wirklich alles getan, um meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in Ihrer Finca auf Ibiza absolut fantastisch. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen, der nach einer luxuriösen und entspannten Unterkunft sucht. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!

Goede service, fijn contact en duidelijk over de verwachtingen.

De laatste dag kwamen de schoonmakers al circa 30 minuten voordat we het huis uit moesten, dat vonden wij minder prettig.

the whole process with IcoIbiza was amazing from start to end and this inturn was only enhanced with our week long stay at Andreuet. This villa is stunning, private, secluded but close enough to the pretty town of Sant Carles with its bars and restaurants to walk there in 25 mins. The whole experience w as s fabulous and we wouldn't hesitate to go there again

This villa was in a great location close to a small town with attractive shops, a park for our grandson and great cafes. The nearest supermarket has all we could want in provisions and the local bar (within walking distance) was lively and served delicious food. It was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The Barbecue needs cleaning. The main living area was not air conditioned. A couple of fans would have helped. There were swarms of wasps around and floating in the pool every day....ver más

Locatie, de rust, de grootte van het verblijf. Ook de whatsapp communicatie met ecoibiza vond ik fijn.

Ze waren de code vergeten te laten weten om binnen te komen en sommige stoppen waren door door de regenval. Echter, hadden ze beide snel verholpen.

Great place, with good facilities. Very clean..

The internal seating could be improved by having much comfier settee in the lounge/dining area, as the small lounge settee is not very comfy.

No local recommendations guide in villa (I don't think a single side print out is enough). There should be more instruction on recycling and customers should be provided with extra bins etc to encourage them to recycle/compost etc... it is Ecoibiza isn't it? No guide books in villa. Would be good to have local walks/runs for active guests. Kitchen very poorly stocked with old and worn pans - at this price point I would expect better quality. Not enough oven suitable pans - I had to line a cake pan with a hole in it to make cook aubergines in tomato sauce. Tea kettle provided but only coffee cups - we purchased our own in the end. The twin beds downstairs were pretty uncomfortable - again at this price point would expect better quality mattresses on all beds. The upstairs balcony was unusable as birds had nested in the roof and it was repeatedly covered in bird feathers and poo. I feel the owner should have done a better check to get this ready for guests.

Dear Madam & Sir We are really delighted, excited and motivated by your comments. we want constructive comments, and thats what we get from you. For many years we had local books in the houses, but clients took away permanently pages for their personal use during their holidays. So we decided to make the small booklets that we give you upon arrival. We will expand info for people that desires it , specially because we love all the corners of our island and we can transmit it to you. Secondly all the improvements regarding kitchen stock we have already transmitted the owner to improve them ( people dont really cook that much in the villas!!) and as well the recycling options and containers. Thanks again.
